Pandiyanadu Tamil Movie Review

This year Tamil cinema has delivered many entertaining comedies! After a while with Pandiyanadu, Suseendran and Vishal take us back to the revenge story era!

Pandiyanadu review

The angry young man today can do nothing to fight against injustice in the society. He has become a part of it and can only speak about change on social networking platforms and then go back to earning money for the family and chase his career goals. So, one man fighting against evil has become a fantasy to him, and that's something which could be possible only on the silver screen.

Vishal's Pandiyanadu has the 'Madurai' plot yet again where the entire city is portrayed to be controlled by mafia. One man's personal life is affected by these men. He takes his revenge. Yes! It is similar to Suseendran's Naan Mahaan Alla (which we would proudly say was a masterpiece) but here the script becomes predictable and less engaging after a while. Vishal & Vikranth are good. Bharathiraja is excellent. The mafia gang casting is perfect! Lakshmi Menon and Soori are ok. Imman's songs are below average. The stunts are a major plus in this action flick. But it is violent. Overall, an above average movie.
