CBI has expressed reservations over a new provisions introduced in the Lokpal. According to the provision it it has to take the nod of Central Vigilance Commission before filing charge sheets in cases referred by Lokpal.
In its representation before the Law Ministry, the agency has claimed that under the law charge sheets cannot be shown to any authority other than the competent courts
